ART 114 — C Modern Art History 3 Units
This course covers the development of modern art and architecture from its 19th century beginnings to the early twenty-first century. Emphasis is placed on exploring how art and architecture communicate meaning and interact with history, and on examining the ways in which the definition and practice of art has expanded over the past 200-years.
