Fire Training Academy

The Firefighter I and II certification program prepares individuals for entry-level positions in the exciting career of professional firefighting. Training includes topics related to the requirements established by the Ohio Revised Code for Career Firefighters and the training and educational requirements identified in NFPA 1001. More than 150 students participate in the program each year.
