SPAN 1014 - Spanish for Health Personnel SPAN 1014 - Spanish for Health Personnel A course containing the same language skills development as SPA* 112 with an emphasis on vocabulary and content related to the medical field. It provides medical personnel with the basic Spanish skills to deal with Spanish speaking patients in the health care delivery system. It also describes the diverse Spanish cultures and explains their role in health idioms and phraseology. This is the second part to the beginning sequence for students who have had some prior study of this language either in high school, Elementary Spanish I, or life experience.
