PNUR 1010 - Maternal Child Nursing PNUR 1010 - Maternal Child Nursing This course focuses on concepts of family-centered maternal and newborn care. It includes didactic information regarding stages of pregnancy, parturition, and the puerperium. Topics including pharmacology, nutrition, culture, communication, and ethical/legal concerns will be taught as they relate to childbearing women and neonates with normal and abnormal processes. Prerequisite: PNUR 1000 , PNUR 1001 , PNUR 1002 , and PNUR 1003 Corequisite: PNUR 1025 and PNUR 1030 ​
