PHLB 1001 - Techniques of Phlebotomy PHLB 1001 - Techniques of Phlebotomy This course prepares students for entry level phlebotomy positions in multiple health care settings. Students will develop skills in performing phlebotomy procedures. During in-class training, students will practice drawing blood samples, both from training aids as well as classmates. This training will prepare students for externships/practicum.
