MUSX 1102 - Music Theory II MUSX 1102 - Music Theory II This course is the second in the four-semester sequence of music theory courses and continues with the topics discussed in MUSX 1101 as well as new music theory topics. Topics include: seventh chords, two-part counterpoint, four-part chorale writing, the five cadences found in four-part writing, voice-leading, non-chord tones, secondary function chords, modulation, and basic form.
