This course is designed to students understand the complex issues surrounding food that ultimately impact sustainability. Topics include understanding sustainable food, local and seasonal production, socially just and unjust means of producing foods, processed foods, and food choices. Prerequisite: HOSP 1100 with a grade of C- or Higher Previous: HSP* 230
