HOSP 1107 - Icing Artistry I HOSP 1107 - Icing Artistry I Introduces students to the fundamental and necessary skills for commercial cake decorating. Students learn the basic techniques in butter cream icing, royal icing, borders, and decorations. Students will design a multi-tiered cake.
