HLTH 1070 - Medical Law and Ethics HLTH 1070 - Medical Law and Ethics The legalities and ethical behavior associated with the medical practice or facility are discussed with emphasis on the legal and ethical responsibilities of health care practitioners. Federal regulations and guidelines pertinent to medical practices are reviewed. Students will develop an understanding of dealing with patients within a professional code of ethics.
