HIST 1022H - World History since 1500s Honors HIST 1022H - World History since 1500s Honors This course studies the major trends and conflicts throughout the world from the late 1400s to the late 1900s, including the impact of slavery, imperialism, authoritarianism, the two World Wars, the Cold War, and freedom movements such as anti-colonialism and the Civil Rights movement. As this is an honors course, students will be required to complete additional readings and a research paper or project.
