HIST 1015H - US History to 1877 Honors HIST 1015H - US History to 1877 Honors This course is an examination of major themes in the development of North America from pre-European settlements to the end of the American Civil War and Reconstruction. Topics include Native American societies, European colonization, slavery, the formation of the United States, the Antebellum, and the Civil War/Reconstruction. As this is an honors course, students will be required to complete additional readings and a research paper or project.
