HIST 1002H - Western History from the 1500s Honors HIST 1002H - Western History from the 1500s Honors This course is an examination of Western History from the Reformation through World War II. Major topics covered in the course include: the Reformation, Wars of Religion, development of national governments, the Scientific Revolution, Enlightenment, Agricultural and Industrial Revolutions, French Revolution, Nationalism, Imperialism, and the First and Second World Wars. As this is an honors course, students will be required to complete additional readings and a research paper or project.
