CJS 2800 - Victimology CJS 2800 - Victimology A comprehensive course designed to acquaint the student with the many issues faced by victims of crime. Topics covered will include victimology, restorative justice, victim’s rights, victim impact statements, costs of victimization and other issues central to crime victim assistance. Students will also gain an understanding of how to address the needs of crime victims and act as advocates for victim issues. Prerequisite: CJS 1010 with a C- or higher and ENG 1010 with a C- or higher Previous: CJS* 280
