CJS 2480 - Research Methods in Criminal Justice CJS 2480 - Research Methods in Criminal Justice Introduction to the use of scientific inquiry in the criminal justice field. Topics will include the scientific approach to problem solving, problem and hypothesis formulation, principles of research design, knowledge of research strategies, conducting literature reviews, writing and presenting research ideas, and reading empirical reports.
