CJS 2400 - Correctional Administration CJS 2400 - Correctional Administration This course examines prison administration, including theories of leadership and management, institutional mission, and strategic planning. Students will apply organizational concepts, leadership, and effective administrative approaches to the management of correctional facilities and offender populations. Emphasis will be placed on staff organization and functions, managing security and programs in prison. Prerequisite: CJS 1020 with a C- or higher and ENG 1010 with a C- or higher Previous: CJS* 240
