BIO 2822 - Molecular Biotechniques BIO 2822 - Molecular Biotechniques A laboratory course designed to introduce molecular biology techniques such as plasmid and chromosomal Deoxyribonucleic Acid (DNA) isolation, restriction enzyme mapping, agarose gel electrophoresis, and manipulation of DNA fragments. Students will prepare independent research projects that will be presented as either scientific poster or oral research presentations.
