BIO 2600 - Principles of Genetics BIO 2600 - Principles of Genetics This is an intermediate level course in genetics providing a broad view of the history, theory and application of classical and modern molecular genetics. Topics include Mendelian genetics, mitosis and meiosis, chromosomal theory, human genetics, and molecular genetics. The course will also emphasize ethical considerations for the use of gene therapy and reproductive technology.
