BIO 1111 - Cell Biology with Organ Systems BIO 1111 - Cell Biology with Organ Systems This one-semester laboratory science course covers principles of cell biology, including basic biological chemistry, cell structure and function, cell division, cellular respiration, deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) replication and protein synthesis. These concepts are applied to a study of the structure and function of the major organs systems in the human body. This course can be used as a Prerequisite: Eligibility for ENG 1010 ; recent college preparatory biology recommended General Education Code: Scientific Reasoning (SCRX) Elective Code(s): LART, SCI Course Fees: Supplemental Fee Level 2 and Materials Fee Previous: BIO* 115 or BIO* 127
