Fabrication Methods I (2-5) 5 Credits This course instructs students on fabrication techniques as they relate to manufacturing, maintenance, and repair. Fabrication processed may include thermal cutting, Gat Metal Arc Welding-Pulse (GMAW-P), Flux Cored Arc Welding (FCAW), Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) and Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW). Students will learn how to use basic shop tools and shop equipment efficiently and safely.
