Avian Biology (2-0) 2 Credits In this course, students will be introduced to the biological sciences associated with poultry. Topics will include avian origin, types of domestic poultry, basic anatomy/physiology, poultry care/husbandry, and behavior. This course will serve as a foundation for poultry production classes. (Prerequisite: ANSC 114 or Permission of Instructor)
