Lifetime Fitness and Wellness (1-1) 2 Credits This course will allow students to learn how to ensure they are working towards a healthy approach to life both physically and mentally. This course will examine the anatomy and body systems required for physical wellness, along with dietary choice and behaviors. Coping strategies will be explored to prepare students to remain healthy despite challenges in their lives. PE 121/122 F,S Strength Training for Athletes (0-2) 1 Credit This course is designed to assist participating varsity athletes in maintaining and improving their general physical conditioning. The class emphasizes muscular strength and endurance training through conditioning exercises and body mechanics. (Prerequisite: Must be a freshman varsity athlete at Crowder)
