Geospatial Intelligence & Decision Support Project (3-0) 3 Credits This capstone course provides students with the opportunity to demonstrate mastery of advanced spatial analysis, stakeholder reporting, and decision –making for real-world applications. Students will plan, design, and complete a comprehensive GIS project using professional workflows, integrating complex datasets into decision - support systems. Emphasis is placed on producing stakeholder - ready reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate geospatial intelligence clearly to diverse audiences, while addressing ethical and civic responsibilities in geospatial decision -making. This course is part of Tier 2 (GIST201, GIST 211, and GIST 221), preparing students for the Aligned Industry Credential: ESRI GIS Fundamentals Certificate. (Prerequisite: GIST 211) GEOGRAPHY
