Community Paramedic (7-2) 9 Credits This course follows the standards established by the Missouri Bureau of Emergency Medical Services (EMS). In this course, students will be introduced to the role of the community paramedic emphasizing home health, chronic disease management and targeted prevention strategies designed to avert patients from the health care system.
