Health, Safety, & Nutrition of Young Children (3-0) 3 Credits This course covers a review of health/safety practices recommended for childcare and includes information on common diseases and health problems. Guidelines and information nutrition on developmentally appropriate activities are also studied in the course. Students will successfully complete first aid and CPR certification for adult, child and infant by the end of the semester.
