Automotive Air Conditioning (2-4) 4 Credits A course designed for the automotive technology student or the practicing automotive technician. A general introduction to the principles of automotive heating and air conditioning systems. The application of major components and control systems to automobiles is taught. Practical servicing, overhaul and replacement of units are emphasized, as are the recent changes in refrigerant and refrigerant handling.
