CNA/N 650 CNA/N 651 Phlebotomy Technician This non-credit certificate program is designed to fulfill requirements to become a Certified Phlebotomy Tech I (CPT-I) for the State of California. Upon satisfactory completion of the didactic and intern portions of the program, the student will be able to apply for a CPT-License from the Laboratory Field Services, California Department of Health Services.
