3 hour(s) Elective Type: Technical Description: Students will be introduced to the basics of mathematical principles and Layout procedures used in welding. Students will receive instruction in the principles and use of mathematics as it relates to on the job and used in project layout. Additionally, students will receive instruction in the steps and procedures used in the layout process, equipment and how to use blueprints. NOTE: Students must earn a “C” or better to receive credit toward a technical degree, certificate, or continuance into Any exception would require department approval.
