Students will prepare a number of different joint configurations used in industry. Welds will be made with several different electrodes using the Shielded Metal Arc welding equipment. NOTE: Students must earn a “C” or better to receive credit toward a technical degree, certificate, or continuance into Any exception would require department approval.
