NUR 1953 — Nursing Externship
This nursing elective course provides the student with additional opportunity to enhance knowledge and skills in the practice of nursing while under the direct supervision of a registered nurse preceptor. Affiliating hospitals provide preceptors along with monetary compensation for the student during the externship program.
Prerequisites: NUR 1113, NUR 1119, NUR 1219
