A course designed to provide the student with skills and knowledge associated with advanced semiconductor devices and linear integrated circuits. Emphasis is placed on linear integrated circuits used with operational amplifiers, active filters, voltage regulators, timers, and phase-locked loops. Three hours lecture and two hours laboratory per week.
