CTE 1143 — Fundamentals of Construction
This course includes basic safety, an introduction to construction math, an introduction to hand and power tools, an introduction to construction drawings, employability skills and communications. (In order to satisfy requirements to test for NCCER Core certification, this course is mandated to be taught as a minimum of 72.5 clock hour course) Two hours lecture and two hours laboratory each week.
