CSCI 117 — Computer Programming in MATLAB

Units: 4 Lecture Hours: 54 Lab Hours: 54 Outside Hours: 108 Grading Method: Letter Credit Status: Credit, degree applicable Conditions of Enrollment: Prerequisite: MATH 190 with a minimum grade of C. This course is an introduction to computer programming and algorithm design using the MATLAB programming language. Students will be introduced to basic control structures, using arrays, matrices, and vectors, modeling, numerical analysis, and two-and three- dimensional graphing of scientific and engineering solutions.
