MUC 123 — Electronic Media I
Introduces digital recording, sound design and elements of desk top multimedia production in an off-the-shelf software environment. Explores moving images, narrative text, independent research and sound animation. Includes the fundamentals of MIDI (Musical Instrument Digital Interface) as well as various industry standard media production tools, i.e. iMovie, Logic Pro and Cakewalk. Personal instruments are welcome in class.
