VET 1023 - Clinical Pathology II with Lab VET 1023 - Clinical Pathology II with Lab 5.0 Credits Topics will include renal function review, urine collection, urinalysis interpretation, blood collection, leukocyte and erythrocyte formation and function, disease processes, and blood chemistry tests and their uses in diagnosis and prognosis. The laboratory is designed to develop competence in diagnostic procedures in the area of hematology. This course will compare hematologic traits of numerous species. Clinical biochemistry evaluations will be performed. Basic cytological examinations will be introduced. A minimum grade of “C” is required in this course. Prev.
