ESL 9008 - Pre-Literacy English As a 2nd Language ESL 9008 - Pre-Literacy English As a 2nd Language 0 Credits ESL-908 is designed for students with little or no previous background in English. Non-literate or students with limited English or native language literacy are placed at this level.
