Provides an enhanced understanding of assessment and treatment skills in a remote challenging environment to currently certified EMS professionals at the paramedic or higher level. Updates include the following four specific areas of prehospital emergency care: trauma, medical, Advanced Life Support (ALS) and elective topics focused on ancillary issues in EMS.
