BUS 4024 - Contracts, Negotiations, & Risk Management BUS 4024 - Contracts, Negotiations, & Risk Management 3.0 Credits Designed to improve student’s negotiation skills, understanding of contracts and ability to successfully formulate and negotiate contracts, and understanding of risk management. Students will study negotiation theory and practice mock negotiations. Differences between contract types and processes will be explored. Various conflict resolution methodologies and their applicability will be discussed. Cross-cultural negotiation and contracts will be examined.
