HLT151 — Home Health Aide I
A one semester fundamental class for the Direct Care Worker (AKA Home Health Aide), which is required for all direct care workers. This course will emphasize knowledge and skills needed to provide assistance or support with daily activities, with emphasis on bathing and grooming, housekeeping, meal preperation and service plans. The food handlers certification and Heartsaver CPR/First Aid certification will be provided as part of the semester instruction.
