ART 270 — Publication Production ART 270 3 Credits/Units
Department consent required for enrollment. Second of two courses offering the opportunity to learn real-world design and production for publication. Intended for art and graphic design majors and those interested in the publishing field. Topics vary by quarter and may include: Adobe InDesign for layout, preparing artwork for print, editing and proofing copy, creating promotional materials including social media, working with printers, budgeting, managing the project and working with a team.
