The Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) program pre pares students for all functions in the Medical Labora tory (clinical chemistry, coagulation, hematology, immunohematology, immunology, microbiology, and urinalysis). Detailed study of routine test procedures of moderate and high complexity. Graduates of the program will be eligible for certification through the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP), the American Medical Technologists (AMT) for Medical Laboratory Personnel and other certifying agencies.
