GIS2041 — Introduction to GIS and GPS Applications
This course teaches the basic concepts of Geographic Information Systems(GIS) and introduces Global Positioning Systems(GPS), related software program orientation, field data collection, and basic procedures in the techniques of these appli- cations. Practical experience in local projects related to agriculture, civil engineering, and government operations will be highlighted.
