This course will focus on the house as a system. The interactions of foundations, framing, roofs and attics, windows and doors, plumbing, HV AC, electrical, insulation, siding, interior finishes, and landscaping will be discussed along with their relationship to indoor air quality and energy efficiency. 3 semester hours credit.
