PMT 1156C — Gas Tungsten Arc Welding
This course will enable the student to safely use the Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) process. Students will receive hands-on practice welding the five basic joints in multiple positions, emphasizing flat and horizontal. Students will learn proper techniques for single and multi-pass welds using a variety of tungsten types, diameters, cup sizes, and shielding gases.
