OCB 2102C — Marine Data Collection
This interdisciplinary field-oriented laboratory course involves marine data collection and the establishment of a marine data base for selected reef, sea grass, and mangrove island communities. Students will survey marine communities with emphasis on population dynamics, succession and the establishment of density, dominance, frequency and importance values for sessile invertebrates and marine plants. Three hours lecture, three hours laboratory.
