FAS 3700 — Aquaculture and Seafood Policy
This course focuses on aquaculture and seafood policy regulating marine aquaculture and fisheries seafood production, including product evaluation, processing, and post-harvest quality control, including HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points). Students will learn about policy driving current best practices and trends as well as the regulatory environments that derive from them.
