WMT 224 — Advanced Handtools - Dovetails
In this course, students will explore advanced topics in woodworking with handtools, specifically, dovetails. Topics will include the laying out and creation of various types of dovetails, including through, half-blind, full-blind, houndstooth, mitered-edge, angled, and compound-angled. Tools used in creating dovetails, including saws and layout tools, will also be covered.
