PEX 245 — Circuit Weight Training, Intermediate/Advanced

This course will consist of applied theory as well as physical conditioning. Students will use three types of resistance exercise to reach goals: isotonic, isometric, and isokinetic. Individual instruction will be given along with the discussion of strengths, weaknesses, and nutritional needs of each individual. This course is not open to students who have received credit in PE 135B.
