This course is designed to improve the student's Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) physical conditioning and fitness. It will cover strategies and movement patterns to enhance the student’s skill level of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. It will provide an overview of effective offensive and defensive combative techniques achieved through participating in BJJ drills and sparring.
