PEX 142 — Group Treadmill and Cardio Machine Training

A cardiovascular fitness class that incorporates treadmill running, indoor cycling, and/or indoor stair stepping with short components of resistance training. The focus of each class will rotate from cardiovascular endurance, power, or strength, followed by stretching exercises. Individual's Heart Rates will be monitored during class to assess intensity throughout and to individualize workouts.
