PEX 120 — Cardio Kickboxing
This course is designed to introduce the student to the history, skills and strategies of Cardio Kickboxing/Muay Thai. It will introduce concepts of proper warm up, cool down and stretches. It will provide an overview of effective offensive and defensive combative techniques achieved through participating in Cardio Kickboxing/Muay Thai drills. Any one of all of these PE activity courses combined: maximum credit, 4 units
